Can you provide me with sample scripts?

We have two primary scripts that are used when building your account:  Professional and Casual. The professional scripting style is a bit more formal than the casual style, and both styles are available to our programming team as templates when programming your account.

For example, the operator's initial response to the caller in a professional script may be written as,  "I can certainly help you with that. I just need to take down some basic information to better assist you. May I please have your first name?"

That same phrasing in a casual script may be written as,  "I'd be happy to help you. If you don't mind, I just need to take down a few details. May I please have your first name?"

In SAS Desk, you have complete on-demand control over your scripting, and you can edit script steps at any time.
