I want to change my call plan. What is involved?

Call volume usually stays consistent month to month, but sometimes your call plan might be more or less than your business needs. We make changing your plan (either upgrading or downgrading) easy!

You can adjust your plan at any point during your billing cycle. And since we bill in arrears, we'd be happy to adjust this month's plan and credit your account accordingly. Choose the plan that's right for you and save big by reducing any overages.

If you need to increase your minutes:

If you want to increase your plan for the current month, you would receive an adjusted invoice due on receipt for the new plan base rate, minus the lower base rate you pre-paid in the previous month's invoice.

If you need to decrease your minutes:

If you want to lower your plan for the current month, you would receive a service credit for the higher plan base rate you prepaid in the previous month's invoice, minus the new lower base rate you are changing to. Each subsequent invoice you receive will show a credit applied until the credit has been exhausted. Keep in mind that we are unable to decrease your plan if it is not cost-effective to your current usage.
