Can I allow other people to access certain features of my account?
Yes. You can add users in SAS Desk and set permissions so that they only have access to certain campaigns, locations, or other aspects of the portal such as the on-call schedule. Each user must have a unique email address.
If you'd like to send call details to your colleagues without giving them access to your portal and account features, you can create a Share URL. Based on the parameters you set, the recipient will be able to view call details and listen to the call recording.
