Need your forward number? It is conveniently located in SAS Desk
. Here’s how to find it!
Click on the Campaigns
button from the left side menu.
Your active campaigns will be listed at the top of the next screen, and your forward number will be displayed under the Number
column to the right of the campaign name. Once your lines are forwarded to this number, or your callers dial in (if you are advertising the number), we'll be able to answer your calls.
You can also use your forward number to provide account verification
when calling in to our Customer Service department.
Please do not dial your forward number for assistance with your account. Operators are unable to make account or script changes.
