If you would like to have your calls answered by the same CSR, we have a dedicated agent program for you to explore. With that program, one operator or a small group of operators who are solely dedicated to your account will answer your calls during your set business hours, and they will have more in-depth training on your business and culture. If you choose to utilize only one dedicated agent, this may increase hold times and limit the number of customers who can be assisted at once.
