What hours are dedicated agents available?

Dedicated agent time can be allocated between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. (PST). If a client would like coverage outside of those hours, this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Agents work a total of 172 hours during any 30-day period. This time includes agent training, call time, etc. Agents typically work Monday through Friday; however, they can also work on Saturday if requested.
