, and kindly provide us with prior notice so that we can staff accordingly and unlock your line to permit a larger number of calls.
An Important Note Before Forwarding Your Lines to SAS
Please check with your phone provider to ensure that your business line is able to forward multiple calls simultaneously. Your provider may have your line set up to only forward one call at a time. Let them know that you are forwarding your business lines to an answering service, and if your settings don't already allow for multiple calls to be routed at once, they should be able to adjust that for you.
