Yes, as long as your website is secure, and is not connected to a public website. For example, we are unable to go through Facebook to access your payment site. It must be an independent web address.
Prior to operating your online payment processor, your website will need to be tested by our call center programmers to ensure compatibility with our systems. Certain sites might be blocked by our computers, or there may be other set-up issues making your site complicated for our operators to learn and use. We will work with you to address any potential problems so that we are able to use your site as requested.
In addition, our call center is PCI Compliant and ISO 27001 Certified. This means we take data protection very seriously. We also have a variety of security measures in place to ensure that your callers' personal information remains private.
Note: If we are taking credit card information, we will not be able to record that portion of the phone call.
