Can calls be routed to male only? Female only?

In the shared operator pool, we do not have the capability to route calls to male or female-only operators. Because the majority of our operators are female, under special circumstances (e.g. a domestic violence crisis line, an OBGYN, etc.), we may be able to set your account up with a female-only preference; however, if no female operators are available when your customers dial in, calls will be routed to male operators.
