Does SAS offer translation services?

Specialty Answering Service does not provide translation services; however, if you have a translator on staff, we could set up your account with a front end IVR recording that would enable callers to reach your translator directly. For example, the IVR may offer the caller options such as, "Press 1 for English," "Press 2 for French," where option 2 would connect the call to your staff member's number.

NOTE: While SAS does have bilingual Spanish-speaking agents on staff, they may not be used in a translation capacity.
