When SAS contacts me, what number will show up on my Caller ID?
During call patching (warm or cold transfer), when we are reaching your on-call staff, or sending you text alerts, the number that will appear on your phone will be the forward number that SAS provides. If you aren't sure what your forward number is, just click the Scripts tab from the left side menu in your web portal, and you'll see the number(s) associated with your script(s).
If you need Caller ID data to show up when a call is transferred to you from SAS, we can make that change on our end.
