Can SAS use my scheduling software instead of Google Calendar?

Depending on the type of software you use, we may be able to program your account so that the operators can pop out to your existing calendar rather than using Google Calendar.

In order for our operators to use scheduling software hosted on an outside site other than Google Calendar, it must be tested by our programmers prior to implementation to ensure compatibility with call center systems. The software should be extremely user-friendly and cannot require any login or password information in order for us to access it. Some commonly used sites are Calendly.com, AcuityScheduling.com, SquareUp.com and Genbook.com.

When using an outside site, be sure to configure your time zone during setup so that it is specific to your requirements. If it is not configured, the system may automatically display the agent's time zone instead of the correct time zone for your business. For Calendly users, check out this article for instructions on how to lock your time zone.

Simplicity is key not only for easy, error-proof scheduling, but also to maintain fast, efficient service when speaking with your customers. The longer it takes for our operators to work within your site, the longer the telephone call, thus resulting in a higher monthly bill for our clients.
