Can you collect my callers Social Security Number?
We are unable to collect callers full Social Security Number, as we are not permitted to store that type of information. However, we are able to go out to your website and collect the last 4 digits of a caller's Social Security Number. Please note the following:
- Websites must be authorized before agents can access them.
- Once the agent leaves the script to access your site, call recordings will automatically turn off, and remain off for the remainder of the call.
