What is the best rate plan for my business?
Rate plans are based on monthly call volume, calculated in the number of minutes or calls. If you are currently on a 14-day trial, you will receive a report halfway through as well as at the end of your trial with usage and our recommendation on the appropriate per-minute or per-call plan. If you are currently on our per-minute service and your usage exceeds what your plan allows, you will receive an email notification recommending a new plan.
How do I get my call volume?
- For accounts that are billed per-minute on our Advanced service level, you can log in to check your usage. For SAS Desk legacy clients, log in here. For SAS Flex clients, log in here.
- For accounts that are billed per-call on our Essentials service level, your call volume is posted on each invoice if it exceeds your base rate usage. You can find it by looking at the line item "Overage."
- Or, you can contact SAS at service@specialtyansweringservice.net for a complete report of your usage.
Compare your call volume to the rate plans listed below. If you are unsure of which plan to choose, or your call volume is between two plans, feel free to contact SAS' Billing Department, and we will help you make your determination.
SAS ADVANCED RATE PLANS (Per-Minute)
Economy Plan / Solo Subscription:
- $38 per month base rate
- $1.39 for each minute
- Works best for: usage up to 72 minutes per month
100 Minute Plan / Startup Subscription:
- $139 per month base rate for 100 minutes
- $1.29 for each additional minute
- Works best for: usage up to 177 minutes per month
220 Minute Plan / Pro Subscription:
- $239 per month base rate for 220 minutes
- $1.29 for each additional minute
- Works best for: usage up to 491 minutes per month
500 Minute Plan / Group Subscription:
- $589 per month base rate for 500 minutes
- $1.19 for each additional minute
- Works best for: usage up to 920 minutes per month
1,000 Minute Plan / Business Subscription:
- $1,089 per month base rate for 1,000 minutes
- $1.15 for each additional minute
- Works best for: usage up to 2,357 minutes per month
2,500 Minute Plan / Corporate Subscription:
- $2,650 per month base rate for 2,500 minutes
- $1.09 for each additional minute
