How to access the Call Script Builder

The Call Script Builder is where you can access your live answering service script. Changes made in the script builder are pushed live instantly after you click save.

You can access the Script Builder through your scripts page. Click on the Scripts link from the left navigation. Then click the script name you are working on, followed by the blue  Edit your Call Script button in the upper right corner.

Because this resource is brought in from our Call Center platform, you may need to adjust your browser settings so you can take full advantage of it. In cases where your browser is not set appropriately, you may see the following errors:

  • Undefined: In place of any script steps, you'll see a statement in red saying Undefined.
  • No Content: After the pop-up is delivered, you'll see an empty script.
  • Resource Not Allowed: In place of the Script Builder, you'll see an alert saying the resource is not allowed.
