Integration activity logs
With every app integration available in the SAS Desk portal, you have the ability to download Activity logs for any data that our operators have sent to your integration.
Activity logs are located at the bottom of each integration page and can be used to help identify any potential data posting issues. The information is downloaded in a CSV file that provides the date and time the integration was accessed, the API response, the data that was posted, and the IP address of each user.
Logs are only available for the past 30 days. Just click the Download log file button!
