Contacting SAS From your Flex Portal

Getting in touch in touch with our Support team is easy with SAS Flex! Learn how you can communicate with us right from your portal by checking out the instructions below.

Within your SAS Flex portal, click on your user icon in the upper right-hand corner. Then select Contact.

On the next page, you will see our address, business hours, phone numbers, and 4 different ways to get in touch.
  • Start a Ticket: Clicking this option will bring you to our help desk, and will prompt you to enter your information to submit a ticket. Our support team usually responds within a few hours. 
  • Start Chat: Clicking this option will prompt our chat feature to pop up on your screen. Simply add your name, email, and a quick message and one of our support reps will begin chatting with you!
  • Support: Clicking this option will take you to our knowledge base of help desk articles where you can find hundred of how-to tutorials.
  • Schedule a Meeting: Clicking this option will allow you to schedule a meeting for a future date/time with our Support team via Calendly.
