Viewing Reports in the SAS Flex Mobile App

A variety of usage statistics are available in your SAS Flex mobile app. Checking these reports can help you sort through calls, find out how many minutes you've used, and more!

Within your SAS Flex Mobile App, tap the menu icon along the bottom of your screen and tap Reports.

On the next screen, you'll see 3 report options. Tap on the report you'd like to view. 

Minutes

This report will show you all live operator minutes used within the given time frame. Tap the filter drop down along the top of the screen to adjust the date range.

Calls per number

This report will show you the total call count and outcome distribution for each number within the given time frame. Tap the filter drop down along the top of the screen to adjust the date range.

All numbers

This report will show you the total call count and outcome distribution for your account within the given time frame. Tap the filter drop down along the top of the screen to adjust the date range.
