You can easily change the date range in your portal to display data for a certain period of time. In the tutorial below, we are using the date range filter on the Calls page.
After you log into your portal, at the top of the home page, just below Account Name, you will see a box displaying a date range to the left, and a small calendar icon to the right. Click on the calendar icon, and a blue calendar pop-up will open.
To customize dates using the calendar, click the < > symbols on either side of the ‘Month Year’ and scroll to the month and date where you would like the date range to begin. You will then see the word Custom appear in the top right dropdown menu, along with From and To boxes.
In this example, we would like to display calls from September 1 to October 1. Scroll to September and click on the 1st. A second calendar view will show on the right.
On the second calendar, scroll to the month of October, and click on the 1st. You will see each calendar date from September 1 to October 1 highlighted in white.
The From and To dates on the right side of the pop-up window will now show the date range you selected.
(Alternately, you can use the From and To boxes to type in your date range.)
Click the yellow Apply Change icon in the bottom right corner of the window. You will now see your customized date range appear at the top of the home page, just below Account Name.
There are also a variety of pre-programmed date ranges within the calendar. To set a range from one of the pre-programmed options, click on the calendar icon to open the blue calendar pop-up.
Then, click on the dropdown menu under Today in the upper right corner of the pop-up window, and a list of options will be displayed.
Click on any option, and the calendar on the left will show the selected date range highlighted in white.
To apply any chosen date range, click the yellow Apply Change icon in the bottom right corner of the window, and your selected date range will appear at the top of the home page, just below Account Name.
