How to use the Search feature in Call Script Builder

The Search feature in the Call Script Builder can be used to search for specific script steps which can help you make script changes on the fly.

In this tutorial, we'll show you how to access the Search feature and what the Search results will look like.

1. To search your script, you'll need to have the Call Script Builder open.

2. Once the script is open, you'll see a Search bar on the right-hand side of your screen. 

3. To search your script, you'll simply enter the search parameter in the input box and click the Search button. For example, let’s say that you want to make a change to the HowHeard step. Start typing the step name into the search box, then click Search. As you can see from the picture below, the HowHeard step is now highlight in red. 

4. With your search results displayed, you can click on the step on the left to bring up the script editor on the right. Make any necessary edits, then click Publish Changes when you are finished.
