Adding On-Call Expiration Alerts
Upon utilizing SAS's Automatic Reach On Call system, you'll be required to create a Default Group. In the event your on-call schedule expires, the staff listed in your Default Group will be contacted instead. If you'd like, you can add another layer of protection by adding Expiration Alerts to your account, which will notify you once your schedule has expired.
How to add an Alert
1
Within SAS Flex, go to your User icon in the upper right corner and click Settings.

2
On the main Settings page, select Alerts.

3.
Under the Apps section, toggle on the Enable on-call schedule expiration alerts option.
If you have multiple users within your account and you want everyone to receive alerts, each user will need to toggle this on within their own respective account.
