How to Remove Unassigned Script Blocks and Sections

If script sections or blocks are no longer being used within a script or IVR, you can easily remove them from your portal in one bulk move. This article will show you how to remove unassigned script blocks, script sections and IVR blocks.

Within SAS Flex, go to your User icon in the upper right-hand corner and click  Settings.

On the main Settings page, scroll down to the Scripts section and select Builder components.

On the Data page, you can choose between 3 options:
  • Delete inactive scripts: Clicking this will delete any inactive scripts.
  • Delete unassigned script sections: Clicking this will delete any script sections that are currently unassigned.
  • Delete unassigned script blocks: Clicking this will delete any script blocks that are currently unassigned.
  • Delete inactive IVRs: Clicking this will delete any inactive IVRs
  • Delete unassigned IVR blocks: Clicking this will delete any IVR blocks that are currently unassigned.
