Once a Warm or Cold Transfer has been built into your script, it's easy to update transfer contacts as needed.

In this article we'll discuss:

Updating a Warm Transfer Block

1
Within SAS Flex, go to the  Builder icon on the left-side menu. Then select  Scripts.

2
From the main Scripts page, select the script you would like to update.

Under the Options tab, the Transfer type section will display your current warm transfer protocol;
  • The Transfer to Profile number option will transfer calls to a specific Profile. You can either replace the current Profile with another using the Profile and Number drop downs, or you can add another Profile to create a secondary warm transfer if the first contact doesn't answer. If you need to change the Profile number itself, you must do that through the Profile page.

  • The Transfer according to warm transfer schedule option will transfer calls based on the Warm Transfer schedule selected. You can select a different Warm Transfer schedule via the On-call schedule drop down. If you need to change the Warm Transfer schedule itself, you must do that through the On-Call page.

  • The Transfer to number option will transfer calls to the number listed. You can either update the name and number directly from this page, or add a secondary warm transfer contact if the first contact doesn't answer.
