Working with FAQs in the SAS Flex Mobile App
Frequently Asked Questions, or FAQs, are the knowledgebase you build that allows you to empower our agents to better handle your calls. FAQs give agents the ability to answer callers questions or simply to find out more information about your company while they're on a call. This article will show you how to view and edit FAQs within your SAS Flex mobile app!
You cannot delete any FAQs from the mobile app, only edit existing FAQs or add new ones. For instructions on how to add new categories or remove FAQs, check out

Within your SAS Flex Mobile App, tap the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner and tap
FAQ.

On the next screen, you'll see all current FAQ Categories.

Tap on any Category to view the FAQs assigned to that category.

Tap on any FAQ to view or edit the information or tap the
Add button to add a new one. When you are finished, tap
Save in the upper right-hand corner.
