Updating Business Hours in the SAS Flex Mobile App

If your office ever closes, if you want calls handled differently when you're at lunch, or if you ever take a day off, you'll want to set your business hours. This article will show you how to edit a Business Hours set within your SAS Flex mobile app.

You cannot add or remove a Business Hours set from the mobile app, only edit existing ones. For instructions on how to add or remove Business Hours Sets, check out this article.

Within your SAS Flex Mobile App, tap the Menu icon along the bottom of your screen and tap Business Hours.

On the next screen, you'll see all current Business Hours sets.

Tap on a Business Hours set to bring up the details. From this screen you edit the Name and Timezone, apply a Holiday Set, or use the toggles to let agents know if your business hours are by appointment only or if you offer 24 hour service.

To edit the Business Hours set, tap the Business hours tab. From this screen you can update your hours of operation accordingly.

When you are finished updating, tap the Save button in the upper right-hand corner.
