I Can't See Messages in my Portal

If you have logged into your portal to check your messages but you aren't able to see any call details, here are some basic troubleshooting tasks you can try to resolve the issue:


  • Clear your history and browsing data
  • Clear your cache
  • Log out and log back in
  • Use Google Chrome

If you are having trouble with the Flex Mobile App, you can try the following:

  • Ensure the app is updated
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
