Sending and Receiving SMS Messages From the SAS Flex Mobile App

Communicating with your customers via text is easy with the SAS Flex mobile app. Texts sent from the app will come from your SAS forwarding number, so your personal number can remain private.

Note that if you send a text through the Call Details page instead of the Messages page, texts will come from your personal number.

Within your SAS Flex Mobile App, tap the Messages icon along the bottom menu of your screen.

On the next screen, you'll see all of your SMS threads. Use the filter drop-down along the top of your page to filter the date ranges accordingly, or filter messages to only see new texts.

Tap on any thread to bring up the message and use the text box to reply.
