I'm Receiving a 403 Error When Trying to Log Into Flex

Clients who receive a 403 error when trying to log into the Flex portal may be accessing Flex through a VPN, proxy/filtering service, private relay, corporate security gateway, cloud workstation, or another shared/private network. These connection types may be blocked.

Please try turning off any VPN, private relay, proxy, or filtering service and log in from a standard internet connection, such as your regular office/home internet or a mobile hotspot.

If you are not using any of those services, or you disabled them and still receive a 403 error, please send the following details to service@specialtyansweringservice.net:

  • Your public IP address
  • The time you received the 403 error
  • The URL you were trying to access
  • The login email you used
  • A screenshot of the error
  • Whether you were using office Wi-Fi, home internet, mobile data, VPN, or a corporate network
