I'm Not Receiving Calls From SAS
If your account is set up to transfer or dispatch urgent messages via phone call, and you or your staff are not receiving calls from SAS, it's possible you may have accidentally blocked your SAS forwarding number. Below are some steps you can take to make sure you are receiving all phone calls from SAS.

If you think you may have blocked your SAS forwarding number, review the instructions below on how to unblock the number.
How to Unblock Numbers on an iPhone
- Open your iPhone Settings.
- From here you can either scroll down to the Phone tab, or type "Blocked Contacts" into the search bar along the top of your Settings page.
- Once on the Blocked Contacts page, you will see a list of blocked contacts.
Locate your SAS forwarding number, swipe left and then tap "Unblock"
How to Unblock Numbers on an Android
- Open the Phone app on your Android device.
- Look for the "More" icon (usually three vertical dots) in the top right or bottom right corner of the screen and tap it.
- In the menu that appears, tap on "Settings".
- Scroll down or find the option labeled "Blocked numbers" or "Call blocking" and tap it.
- Locate your SAS forwarding number, then tap the "Clear" or "Unblock" button/icon next to the number.
