Setting Business Hours in an Advanced IVR
Whether you're utilizing an Advanced IVR for
Date/Time Routing or you simply want a different greeting to play based on the time of call, knowing how to enable your Business Hours within an IVR is important. This quick tutorial will show you how!

Within SAS Flex, go to the Builder icon on the left navigation panel and select IVRs. Then, click on the IVR you wish to update.

From the IVR Workflow page, select the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.

In the pop-up window, use the toggle to activate Business Hours. Then, select your Business Hours Set from the drop down. When you are done, click Save.
