Setting Business Hours in an Advanced IVR

Within SAS Flex, go to the Cassette Tape icon on the left navigation panel to access the IVR Builder. Then, click on the IVR you wish to update.

From the IVR Workflow page, select the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.

In the pop-up window, use the toggle to activate Business Hours. Then, select your Business Hours Set from the drop down. When you are done, click Save.
