Viewing Agent Suggestions

After agents are finished handling a call, they will have the opportunity to submit feedback regarding the script directly to our Support team. Our Support team will then review the account and forward the suggestion to the account owner for clarification or confirmation that the suggested update can be made. Users now have the ability to see the feedback agents leave right within their call log! This article will show you how to view agent suggestions.

Within the log, select a call to bring up the call's details.

If an agent submitted feedback on a call, you will see those details within the  Agent Suggestion section beneath the Call Rating section.

Depending on the feedback that was left, feel free to update your account accordingly, or contact us for assistance!
