What type of payments do you accept on Flex Billing?
Payments on Flex Billing must be via credit card. We require a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card on file in order to keep your account in good standing.
Other Important Details
- Accounts are billed on the first of each month and are due on receipt.
- We do not work with purchase orders.
- If you exceed 2x over your plan's cost effective threshold, you will be charged for those overage minutes.
- If your account has been suspended or canceled due to non-payment, reactivation requires that the complete open balance is paid by credit card, which includes any invoices that are past-due.
