What type of payments do you accept on Flex Billing?

Payments on Flex Billing can be made via credit card or check, though a valid credit card is always required to be on file in order to keep your account in good standing. If you wish to pay by check, we can create an estimate based on a duration of 3, 6 or 12 months. This estimate is provided for budgeting purposes only. Actual charges may differ based on call volume and usage. Final charges will be calculated according to actual minutes used and services activated.

Other Important Details

  • Accounts are billed on the first of each month and are due on receipt.
  • We do not work with purchase orders.
  • If you exceed 2x over your plan's cost effective threshold, you will be charged for those overage minutes. 
  • If your account has been suspended or canceled due to non-payment, reactivation requires that the complete open balance is paid by credit card, which includes any invoices that are past-due.
