How will my bill be calculated on Flex billing?

Accounts are billed on the 1st of each month and payment is due on receipt. Your regular monthly invoices will include the following:

• A charge for the pricing plan you've chosen
• Any overages you may have accrued from the previous month
• A charge for any additional lines you may have
• A charge for any patch or IVR minutes from the previous month (if applicable). 

Additional Details:

• We require that your invoices be paid via credit card.
• IVR, voicemail, and call patching services are subject to a low per-minute rate. You can see our per-minute pricing information here.
• The first U.S.-based local or toll-free number is provided by SAS free of charge. Subsequent numbers are billed at $10.
• Call recording, text and email messages are free of charge.
