Integration instructions for the operators
If you're programming a Web Pop for one of the app integrations available in SAS Desk, you'll need a set of instructions to copy and paste into the script for the operators to follow. Listed below, you'll find instructions for:

EVERYTHING EXCEPT GOOGLE
Aside from the Google apps, all of the available integrations listed above will utilize the same instructions, which you'll add to the app's web pop step in your script:

GOOGLE APPS
The instructions for the Google apps will differ slightly depending on the app. We've included each below:
Google Contacts
One moment please.<br><br><span style='color:green'>INSTRUCTIONS:</span><br><span style='color:navy'><span style='color:red'>1.</span> Click the link below to send the caller's data to Google Contacts.<br><br><span style='color:red'>2.</span>When you've finished, an alert will pop-up letting you know if the data was sent successfully and text will be automatically copied to your clipboard. <span style='color:red'>(You will be pasting this text back in the script)</span><br><br></span><br><span style='color:red'>3.</span> Close popup window and select <span style='color:green'>Sent Data.</span
Google Docs
Note that the instructions below are for instances when we are emailing a Google Doc to your callers. If our operators will be using the Google Doc to provide information, then the instructions would need to be amended accordingly. The app configuration also includes an area where you can add specific notes for the operators.
One moment please.<br><br><span style='color:green'>INSTRUCTIONS:</span><br><span style='color:navy'><span style='color:red'>1.</span> Click the link below to send the Google Doc.<br><br><span style='color:red'>2.</span> Confirm the caller's email address, which will already be populated on the web page.<br><br><span style='color:red'>3.</span> Read and follow any additional instructions listed under <strong>Operator Instructions.</strong><br><br><span style='color:red'>4.</span>Click <span style='color:green'>Send Document</span>. <br><br><span style='color:red'>5.</span> When you've finished, an alert will pop-up letting you know if the email was sent successfully. <span style='color:green'>Click OK</span>.<br><br><span style='color:red'>6.</span> Return to the script and select <span style='color:green'>Sent Email.</span>
Google Maps
You can use Google Maps to find out if a caller is in your service area, or to provide directions to your business.
Service Area
One moment please.<br><br><span style='color:green'>INSTRUCTIONS:</span><br><span style='color:navy'><span style='color:red'>1.</span> Click on the link.(L)(L)(R)2.(E) The caller's Address will already be populated on the web page. If it is not, you will need to type it in.<br><br><span style='color:red'>3.</span> To check to see if caller is in service area, click the yellow <strong>Check if customer is in service area</strong> button under the caller's address. <br><br><span style='color:red'>4.</span> If caller is in service area, you will see a green box and checkmark that says (Q)(G)Customer is in service area(E)(Q). <br><br><span style='color:red'>5.</span> If caller is not in service area, you will see a red box and the message <strong>Customer is not in service area</strong>. <br><br><span style='color:red'>6.</span> To enter a new address, click the blue <strong>Add new address</strong> button and repeat step 3. <br><br><span style='color:red'>7.</span> After you have checked the address, return to the script and select either <strong>In Service Area</strong> or <strong>Not In Service Area.</strong></span>
Email Directions
One moment please.<br><br><span style='color:green'>INSTRUCTIONS:</span><br><span style='color:navy'><span style='color:red'>1.</span>Click on the link.<br><br><span style='color:red'>2.</span> The caller's Address and/or Email will already be populated on the web page. If it is not, you will need to type it in.<br><br><span style='color:red'>3.</span> To email the caller directions to the business address, click the yellow <strong>Email directions</strong> button in the top right corner. <br><br><span style='color:red'>4.</span> To provide Driving directions by phone, read the Route details section on the right. <br><br><span style='color:red'>5.</span> After you have emailed or provided directions, return to the script and select <strong>Provided Directions.</strong>
Google Sheets
